A very good experience. I would recommend this facility.

I am at a loss for words what the owners done to the last mgrs there I am a personal friend and was a customer there,Leo Miller and Bob Kartubig are the most heartless and callous individuals I have never met,these people spent 6 weeks renovating this site to be able to live in the housing area transformed the office actually looked like a professional business for the first time,I know personally and have documentation to bk it up the managers fought for 9 months for them to add a security system.to the facility because they had none yet advertised they did.Ooops.The owners clearly didn't want to let anyone know the extent of how they run there business they just told them to stop alerting authorities when something happens we won't have any business yet as soon as they got there security installed not 3 weeks later they try and stick the 2 people that were damn good people with everything they previously tried to hide.Shame on both of you owners you too will face your own judgement I hope they sue you to the fullest extent of the Civil process Allowed by law.My review rating was before they did this to this couple.

look no further this facility is one of the most courteous,and professional storage facilities i have had the pleasure of doing business with,being from the area yet having to retire,i have had to downsize and the new management went beyond todays standards of customer service to help me in any way.Dont change a thing Mt.Vernon U Store!!!!!
