I had such a great experience at this storage facility! The staff member who helped me Valentine was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain every detail. He handled everything with complete professionalism and made the whole process so easy. On top of that, he was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made me feel confident about choosing this place. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent customer service and a smooth storage rental experience!

PS is trying to stay competitive and i appreciate that. Monique who was on site today was very friendly informative and helpful. On site management is less and less at PS nowadays and i know a 3rd party does alot of work around the facility but the SNOW PLOW JOB WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This isnt the first time i have seen 2 feet of snow impacted into the ground the ENTIRE entrance roadway. I would give five stars but i believe most customers just assumed the snow plow vendor never showed up based on the looks of your facility.

This place is ridiculous. The employees are so nice once you’re in then it all starts. If you’re a little late they cut your lock and put their lock on. Then they want you to pay for it. But they don’t reimburse you for your property that they destroyed. If you try to make payment arrangements and it doesn’t suit them they want to put your stuff up for auction. I’ve know quite a few people who have had this same problem. If you have issues with the contract they won’t rent to you. It’s their way or no way. If it wasn’t a necessity I wouldn’t even consider them. And yes they do constantly increase prices. So my advice to everyone is watch out, from the simplest thing as a $22 lock to locking you out and selling your belongings at auction, they’re gonna get you.
