Caitlin was super helpful, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The process to get a new storage unit today (12/13/25) was easy and affordable. I love how it’s monitored/secure. They have an elevator so renting a unit on the 2nd or 3rd floor is easy peasy too. They also have flat bed carts that are to make your life easier….so convenient and appreciated. I had a great time and an awesome customer service experience. (Both ladies were great 😊). I would recommend Storage Rentals of America. They are Awesome Sauce!!!!!🇺🇸
