Extremely disappointed and unhappy ,,
I am very disappointed with this storage unit facility,,, I paid on time every month,,never had my storage unit locked for non payment ,, I notified them when I was abandoning the unit and now they are on my credit report claiming I owe them 300 dollars ,, they are crooks ,, I recommend you seek your storage needs elsewhere,,

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, we do require that when you move out that you take all of your items along as we do not have the capacity to take everyone's unwanted items. This would be a standard procedure at all storage facilities that you would encounter.
