Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure it seemed that way after your long drive coming from the flat areas of Central Illinois. But, to people who are familiar with the Dubuque area, they would call it a hill. After spending some time here, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure you will come to realize this one is pretty small. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sorry you didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have enough room to turn around in front of the storage unit. That area was never intended to be used that way. There is a turnaround area at the rear of the building that is adequate for 28ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ trucks and trucks with trailers. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d given you lots of information that evening at check in. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure you forgot I mentioned it. If you had mentioned you needed an additional unit, I would have been happy to set you up with one instead of driving to another facility. That must have been a pain. I do work days and meet customers via appointment. When we set up the appointment at 4:30 pm, you said that would be perfect because that was when you thought you would be in town. You said you needed to check in today, because you wanted to take the rental truck back tomorrow. I called shortly after 4:30, and you said you had gotten a late start. You were just south of the Quad Cities. We rescheduled for 7pm. Shortly after 7, I called you. You thought you had just missed your exit off I80 to Hwy 61 north. Since I have lived in the Quad Cities for 3 years, I talked you back in the right direction, and onto Hwy 61. We rescheduled for 8:30 since I knew it was about a 90 minute drive from there. When you were late for the 8:30 appointment, I called. You said you had stopped for supper and were a few miles south of Key West. We rescheduled for 9:30. You didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how to find South Mound Mini Storage. So I gave you directions from Key West. 9:30 came and went. I called you. You decided to stop by your apartment before checking in. You didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how to find South Mound Mini Storage. I gave you additional directions from your apartment. After 30 minutes, I called you. You were lost in Dubuque. I stayed on the phone with you until you pulled into the driveway. I then started checking you in at 10:30pm. You were 6 hours late from the time you picked. It is no longer daylight then. What other facility besides South Mound Mini Storage would check their customer in at 10:30pm so they could return the rental truck in the morning? We accept cash or check, no credit cards. If my bank is unable to transfer funds from a customerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s checking account to my account, I will ask for cash. They made multiple attempts to cash your check.
