Finding Storage at 4 AM

I needed to store some possessions so my home could be staged to sell. One night I couldn't sleep & looked up storage places on the internet. I found several sites & researched them. Public Storage has a user friendly site that gave me information on sizes of units, locations, & procedures easily. My decision was easy. Since moving in the staff has been friendly & helpful, So my decision was easy & smart.

Allison was super helpful, we got the address wrong and she was very nice. She showed us around and even helped us picked out a unit that would best suit us. This is my first time renting a storage unit and she made the experice very smooth. I am glad i got the wrong address and ended up here. Thank you Allison!

We needed a smaller unit. I had the contact number for the manager, Allison, and she took care of it immediately, Great experience with Allison. Going through corporate with an answering service in India, not a great experience. Thank you Allison.

Allison the property manager was great! Got a call back the next morning and the process in store was quick and painless. New PS locks make worries about getting locks cut and theft a thing of the past. Great morning to move in!

We were looking for a small good and affordable place, we came here last minute and customer service was amazing by Allison, It was Almost time to close and she gave an excellent service without rushing us out. It was a very hot day and she was willing to show us what we wanted. We did all paperwork and got us a storage in less than 15 minutes. She did great explaining us all the fees for first month and following months. We walked out very happy with what we wanted and the service we got. 😉
