Worst customer service ever. Left a previous bad review that was deleted because it made this business look bad. Don't trust the reviews the delete the bad ones and leave the good.

READ BEFORE USING THIS STORAGE FACILITY. a couple months ago my storage unit was robbed. They drilled out my barrel lock that was provided by public storage. There is no way to use any other lock. If you go back to look at a storage unit.. make note of how many of them have drill marks in them from being broken into! ITS A LOT! It appears the thieves have these locks figured out. The storage facility and district manager could care less. The entrance gate is often down allowing anyone to drive back and steal your items. It looks like some people damn near live in their storage units. Don't be fooled by the security cameras up front. They don't cover all of the storage units. At least that's what I was told when I asked about my unit. They are supposed to do daily lock checks. Had one been properly conducted we would've been able to narrow down an exact day my storage unit was robbed! My best advice, do not store here! Experian, the truck rental next door to Public Storage enlightened me that their security team pays them visits to ensure everything is up to standard due to the high amount of thefts that occur in that area. Where it sits in relation to known drug using hot spots like the Cowboy Motel I believe plays a major role. Anyways, I gave you the knowledge and my experience. It's up to you on what you do with it. But again, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!
