This place is horrible don’t use them at all. For starters we were 2 days late paying as like most we get paid on Friday we tried to get into our storage and they had shut off our access. If you are a week late they start process to auction all your stuff. You can’t access it anytime you want only during certain hrs. They raised the rent twice in a 5 month period. When you call customer service they are rude and absolutely disgusting to you. You can’t ever get ahold of anyone at the main office onsite. I would highly take your business elsewhere as we are
