Great storage facility — clean, secure, and easy to work with. The two gentlemen at the front desk R.D and Larry I believe were their names. They were extremely helpful and clearly take a lot of pride in the facility and in taking care of their customers. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Management should seriously consider giving those guys a bonus or a pay raise. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an incredible experience with prime storage! I moved into a unit and 2 days later there was a freak storm that flooded a little bit of my unit and damaged some items. Not only did they move me to a higher ground unit the same day, but they also gave me a complimentary month of rent. The process to get my items reimbursed under the insurance and overall transfer of units has been extremely smooth and both employees at the front desk have been so kind. The prices are also very reasonable and the prime storage team wants to and is willing to work with you!
