Ms. Jamie and Ms. Michelle provided outstanding customer service! I had rented online and Ms. Jamie was prompt and informative via phone call. I had signed a lease and made the initial move-in payment, but a day later prior to using the storage, I was inclined to cancel. I called inquiring to receive a refund and Ms. Michelle expressed she would reach out to her management to see what could be done. Not shortly after, I received a message and phone call in regards to the cancellation and refund being a success. Highly recommend this location!
