Public Storage - New Orleans - 3900 Tchoupitoulas Street

I'm having a very positive experience with this location, particularly Kevin, who is always kind, helpful & an ace at following up. This location is also always clean, even the bathroom. ??

Went to inquire about a unit and was greeted by Ashley, she definitely gave A1 customer service. I would highly recommend this location if your looking into a storage unit. My mother had a issue with her unit/ rental payment and the district manager Daniel Regan he corrected her issues he provided above and beyond service. The customer service representative in the store was polite, and made sure the she that she was able to speak to the district manager, her service was above and beyond as well.

I want to just that I'm am very pleased with the way Kevin handled my situation. I totally forgot about my storage unit and my items inside and he reached out to me to remind me that I had acquired a late fee and was about to get another. I went in to pay and he helped me get the late fee removed. He didn't have to do that because I was my fault but he did it on his own. I wish more customer service reps were just like him.
