Wonderful Site Management Team
Just wanted to say a big "Thank You" to the management team for being kind, helpful, and concerned. During our time here at this storage unit, they took care of our unit when the unit next door had an issue that would have impacted ours. They took care of it right away. They were also very kind when I had something that I could not take care of myself and offered to handle it themselves. Their kindness was a true blessing and really made my day. They reinforced the fact that there are still some very kind folks out there who are willing to help without anything in return. Yes this is a great facility to work with and rent from.

Unfriendly robots
I rented a space for a month. The couple that run the place are unfriendly and robotic - until itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s time to take your money! I had rented on the 15th, and renewal fell on a Saturday. He did call me a number of times that day, but I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get it in time. They locked me out on a day I had paid for. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all about money. Extremely impersonal.

Convenient and Flexible
I wasn't sure until the last minute whether or not I was going to need a storage bin because it depended on how an estate sale went the weekend before. It turned out that I did need it, but couldn't be there when my stuff moved in because I had to be at closing at the same time of the move. The staff worked with me and let me decide at the last minute and then leave a key for the movers. Everything went very smoothly on top of which I had a great AAA rate which included my lock and key and the first month was free. A very smooth and easy experience.
