UPDATE: The facility is clean and easy to access and definitely secure. I had a little hiccup with my unit but ultimately the manager resolved it in a satisfactory way and it also showed me that they take meticulous care to document everything which is awesome. They were able to validate my concern and offer a solution which many businesses may not do but they definitely wanted to find a solution for me and did. I would recommend this facility for storage.

We were moving out of our townhouse in Germantown and need something to hold our stuff while we closed on our house. We found this location to be very close and easy to rent from. We were able to fit most of our items in the 10 x 15. Using the app was very easy and loved that I could open the entry and exit gates from it. I dreaded starting the vacate process but public storage made it sooo easy by just submitting the vacate notice through their app. On the day we moved out, we spoke to Bob in the office and he reconfirmed our vacate notice. He even gave us a call later that same day to confirm he checked our unit was clear and we didn’t need to do anything else! In the future if I need to rent a storage unit I will come back.

I needed a larger unit for my equipment, and found this Public Storage. It is conveniently located very close to my shop. The manager there, Shimea, was very friendly and professional. She responded to all my concerns and was helpful to get me acclimated to the process. The price was reasonable, and the communication was great. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
