I would absolutely recommend this storage facility. FABULOUS SERVICE, friendly, clean, organized and I felt the security was top notch.

Michelle, the manager, is terrific. No quibbles there. However: because she is the only person in the office and because the only time that carts are available is when she is available... you see where I'm going with this? Also: the office closes at 6:00 pm. Those of us who prefer to move items later in the day - when it's cooler - are out of luck. Second: at facility where I previously located - which I would have used again, but we've moved farther down county, so it is no longer convenient - it was possible to leave a spare key with the office in order that someone authorized to get access could come by without having to make contact with me first and I could have access if I went to the facility but forgot the key at home. (This has happened more than I would like to admit.) For these two reasons, I've given you a four-star rating, in spite of Michelle's six-star level of service.

Michele was a great manager and is personable... she provided great service and got me the storage space I needed at a great price. I HIGHLY recommend this facility plus it's spacious for big trucks and trailers when moving heavy items.
