The manager was very pleasant and showed me two spaces. He assisted me through the process and took the unit the same day. He gave me his business card and expressed I could contact him for any other questions or assistance. His name was Franklin. Thank you for all your suggestions.

Great location and value. Very convenient. Office staff could not be nicer! They provide plenty of dollies and a high-security lock on the unit.

My experience was generally great. I visited the day before to find out some basic information, to compare rates and services with other storage companies. I returned the next day to rent a storage unit. The only reason it was not a five star rating is because, although I did denote to the representative that I was indeed in a rush, she sped through the contractual provisions so quickly, it seemed like the terms read at the end of a radio ad. It did not seem as if I was being informed about what I was signing, but moreso being recited a memorized speech that would satisfy a constructive notice requirement. I don't think it was ill-willed, but maybe it was so routine that the representative did not think about the importance of communicating the message in a clearer, more digestible manner.
