Not a super high end place, my unit wasn't concrete but like a trailer lined with plywood. BUT the main customer service line is full of very nice & knowledgeable reps and the lady who works the front desk is also very sweet. I don't know if I'd use it for long term & definitely not for anything needing a controlled temperature, but if you're just looking to store some overflow or for a few months, this place is great & not overpriced. For some reason the Google hours makes it seem like u can't get into ur unit after 9pm but u can get into ur unit 24/7.

Storage for our RV at half the cost! It's convenient, roomy, accessible and more affordable. We have a 31 foot class-c motor home that we use often. When we are between trips, Storage King is only 15 minutes away.

I have a 43' trailer to 46' with extensions out. I use to pay for outdoor parking lease at another establishment but a mobile home moved in the parking space next to me and my trailer could no longer fit and I had to cancel my lease. I couldn't find any establishment that had enough space for my trailer and I had no choice but to park on the street. I received a call that my trailer was towed and it cost me $875 to get it back. I called Spare Foot and they called everywhere. Storage King was the only place that had enough space to store my trailer. I spoke to Mr. Lee February 8 over the phone and he was very polite. I immediately drove to the business the minute I hung up the phone. Everyone I talked to was friendly, respectful and polite. I'm no longer leaving my trailer on the street and I can sleep at night knowing my trailer is safe and secure at Storage King.

Property Manager Christine Snyder was terrific. We are trying to sell our RV 'pop-up' and we wanted to know if the tires were still inflated. Not only did Ms. Snyder get back promptly, but she had already taken photos of the camper and then emailed them to us. This saved us a fairly long trip to the storage lot, but also relieved us when we saw that our camper's tires looked good and the camper needed "a bath" (which we will attend to). So...Storage King USA is fortunate to have Christine Snyder working so hard to keep customers totally satisfied. She is truly an asset and makes her company look really good!

This place is extremely shady N DISHONEST N PROPERTY IS TRASHY! 1st my reservation WAS MADE ONLINE APRIL 2025 FOR $54.00 YET WHEN I ARRIVED AT THEIR OFFICE IN PERSON THEN THEY TOLD ME I...I WAS BASICALLY LYING NC RESERVATION WAS FOR 59.00 MY PHONE DIED SO I COULD NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF THE $ 54 RESERVATION/ MONTHLY RENTAL CHARGE I MADE ONLINE (WHICH THEY NEW THEY WERE LYING) TOLD ME to bring them proof of 54 registration they would adjust it. I provided them proof of my online reservation $54 TWICE SINCE APRIL N ITS NOV!PERSON WORKING THERE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANYTHING TOLD ME SHE GAVE SUPERVISOR MY RECEIPT PROOF N INSTEAD OF PAYI G ME BACK N ADJUSTMENT CORRECTION TO MY MONTHLY BILL WITH NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL VERY POOR DISHONEST..THEY INSTEAD RAISED MY MONTHLY RATE .OT PROVIDINE ME WITH ANY NOTICE OR CORRESPODENCE (BC THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETICALLY N PATHOLOGICALLY EITHER NON EXISTANT OR IGNORANT OF ANY KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING AS IN HAS NO ANSWERS NOR EVEN TRIES TO GET U ANSWERS) Supervosor never contacted me never corrected my rental monthly pymnt just raised it to 68 with no notice So i moved to another place
