A thank you to Frank for being available over the past few days to answer questions while I was moving into my storage unit. Very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to security at this site. Carts were always available at the loading area. Very clean facility. Well lit inside. Elevator is responsive and located right next to the entrance.

Not climate controlled that was our main reason why we got the storage its was freezing the outside was warmer. We went on multiple occasions and it was so cold. A lot of our items got mold. Also I came in on a deal and within 3 months I was up-charged more than what the deal was. No one answered my calls. I moved out and gave my notice within their time-frame but they're still charging me. Please look at the fine print my rate was $55 but it only was that rate for 2 months and after that it was $85 no insurance included. Also if you come in when there is snow you could hardly walk and drive.

I have been with Public storage in Westford. For years and have a great experience overall. Frank was truly amazing and great customers service. Highly recommended for people who’s looking for storage space.

Extremely dirty place. Rude employees. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Shut this place down. Had to throw out brand new furniture after it was stored here. Horrible parking lot with crazy slopes going to the “pull up” units

Frank was extremely pleasant and helpful. He made renting a unit a breeze. He even went out of of his way to locate me a cart from another building to use when none were available. Great customer service! Beautiful facility!
