This was a very easy storage rental - all done virtually. Total time to set this up was about 15 minutes and I never even stepped foot on the property until i arrived with my U-haul to unload. If you're strapped for time or even if you're just an intermediate level tech savvy person, I recommend it. Plus price was low, storage unit clean and easy to access.

I would NEVER recommend Public Storage as a whole, let alone this location. I've was here for a year and a half and rent was raised MULTIPLE times, there's no one ever on sight to assist in anything. You have to call, leave a voicemail, and wait for a response. We can't all work on PS time! And that's just the tip of the iceberg. When moving out the property manager walked by my unit. I told her it smelled of urine BAD, so I had opened the side door to air it out, and it made it worse, so I closed the door again and it didn't lock all the way. Then proceeds to tell me, "Oh, that's poison ivy I think. Good thing you're moving out today." And never once going outside to make sure the door was secured. Not to mention, THERE'S NO CARTS AT ALL FOR USE!!! So if you're moving in or out, you better hope your unit is close to the doors, or you better have a bunch of people and dollies.

If I could give a zero I would. Consistently raises rent. Horrible customer service. Been a customer for 7+ years. I'm done with your company. I can find better and cheaper options
