I found this storage location about 10 mins from where I live due to my current location where I will not be naming was becoming too expensive for budget to spend. This place I found while looking on online and their rates were way better and accommodating. I had multiple trailers I needed to store and Deb, I didn’t get the full name because I forgot ask but she was very helpful and she got my trailers all next to one and another. There prices were perfect for what I was willing to spend. The fees weren’t great, but that’s what happens when you need to store multiple items so it’s fine. Anyways, was very pleased and satisfied with getting exactly what I needed and hopefully I can keep my trailers here. The only thing I hope they eventually able to add in the future is that I can access the storage space after hours.

I’ll tell you what… this company couldn’t get a better person to represent them at the Fenton location. Deb was fantastic! She was incredibly personable, friendly and professional. Deb is amazing! Very helpful and always quick to reply to questions. The facility location is easy in/out with ample space to load/unload at the units. We forgot to 'click' the lock upon leaving one visit and Deb was on it - she called to let us know the unit was unsecured - Thank you for watching out and being so vigilant.

This was a great place. Communication was great, the manager was super helpful both on check in and check out. When checking in, the door knob on the unit didn’t work, but she quickly got a repairman on board, and when my movers did not show up she loaned me a dolly so that I could unload the U-Haul myself. Then she made check out very quick and easy. I would definitely rent a unit here again!
