This storage place is hands down the best in this area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Completely understand and always go above and beyond for their customers. I have a troublesome situation and needed to rent additional unit. I called they found me one close to mine and told me all the information I needed. Way to go above and beyond!

I needed a 10x30 unit fast, went online, and I found a bigger unit, one left a 10x40. But the online deal was better than the 10x30 unit that I planned to get. As it turns out, I'm glad I got the 10x40 Upon arriving to meet property manager to sign paperwork, etc. on Monday. I was greeted by Dana, the property manager, and her beautiful, friendly smile. I felt welcome, and she answered all my questions. The transaction was smooth and quick. The unit was great and ready for me to fill....lol Their Penske rental truck was inexpensive and very nice to operate and helped my move in easier and less trips with my truck. Over the years, I have rented several storage units, sometimes felt by management. I was a red-headed stepchild. Not So Here At National and Dana's professionalism. I've told my friends, 'Need A Storage Unit, Go See Dana and National Storage' I love the 6am to 10pm access, plenty of space between buildings. I plan to rent a space for my enclosed trailer in the future. Being retired as an HR Manager and in retail for over 30 years. National Storage has an outstanding manager who gives great customer service and is very professional in her position. Thank You Dana for making my transition an easy procedure.
