The storage facility itself is decent. The only issues I had was with the staff. I reserved a unit online through their website. Was constantly getting phone calls about moving in and signing the paperwork, even though my Move-In date that I selected online wasn't for another 4 days. Just to keep them from calling me 3 times a day, went in to sign paper work, which then started my lease on that day. While signing paper work, Michelle was giving me options for their rental insurance. She told me that I had to go with their company for the insurance, when I asked if I had to go through them. Ended up canceling it a week later when I was told by my Insurance Agent that the storage unit was already covered in my current Insurance Plan. Like I said, the property was decent, and had ok units. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pushy staff.

This place is great! We've been here several years and have always been very happy. The staff Teri and Simone were super helpful in getting us going on additional larger units. Having these additional units during this frenzied pace has helped us to increase profits and having the security in place gives us confidence to leave all our stuff here. We have rented other storage units in the past and this location far exceeds the service we had at other units. Again Teri and SImone made our transition into the larger units ultra smooth. I would recommend this location to anyone for their personal or business needs. Thanks so much!

The location is very convenient and well kept. Nancy in the office was very helpful in getting me the right size unit and quickly doing all of the paperwork. She made the whole process very easy.

Nancy at the Maple Road location Troy is wonderful in assisting with any need you have. She is always very friendly even when driving through the units, she always acknowledges you even with a pleasant smile. I always watch to see if Nancy is in when I have questions.

Timara had great customer service. We showed up accidentally 5 minutes from closing and she still gave us her time. We left there 15 minutes after closing and she was super kind after a long day of work! Update Came back the next day and Nancy was nothing shy of amazing as well. Truly appreciate her patience and due diligence in completing my process.
