Disappointed with corporate office ...

Disappointed that the corporate office does not know the schedule of the onsite manager. Called need immediate storage parking, told to bring in as needed immediate place to store camper. Was told ok to bring in (told them on my way now). Property manager to call & confirm space available. This at 2:45 pm. Manager had other appointments and only free at 4:30......now what do I do? I have to wait. Wished corporate ffice could have told me that when I talked to them. Joyce did do a good job with customer service, nice lady....corporate you need to respect the onsite managers schedules and check appointment times.

Bought/won an auction unit through Storage Treasures. All went well with that. The unit I bought was a bust. All good with that. After I finalized the unit I won an offer came through for a free unit. Upon attempting to claim the free unit I was told by Public Storage employees the unit was cleaned out and I wasn't getting anything. I was also told that's the way Public Storage does business. I was also informed I could only clear the locker I won during regular business hour 9-4 and I had 48 hours to clear the unit. I have never had restrictions set upon me as Public Storage has. I will no longer buy units from Public Storage facilities. Resellers beware. Not a good company to do business with. Sad.

Donald provided excellent customer service today. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend asking for Donald.

Angie has such a beautiful spirit! From the time that I moved in, until the time I moved out (yesterday), she assisted me with everything. Thank you so much for always greeting me with a smile and all of your assistance. My climate controlled unit was perfect for all of my belongings. The unit and grounds, of the property, were always clean and I love that they always had a dolly available, it helped so much! I leave this review with so much love. Maria (12019)

Angie and Donald were amazing! Very friendly,helped answer my questions. I have been moving the last few days and I've seen Donald outside picking up garbage around the building and the road. So far a good experience.
