Public Storage - Blaine - 11421 Ulysses St NE

This was a great facility and I could not be more pleased with the customer service. I always felt my items were secure and staff was very courteous and attentive - Edwina was particularly great to work with.. I highly recommend this place.

Edwina is amazing, she went out of her way to make sure I was set with my unit. Her customer service skills are A, made sure she answered all of my questions and that I was happy with the unit. I had a unit here a couple years back, and when i needed another one i knew exactly where to go. Would recommend this storage place to anyone.

The best part of my experience with Public Storage is the staff. Edwina the excellent lady at the front desk made everything go so smoothly and I couldn't help but be impressed. The only reason why I didn't give the full five was because of the fact that I couldn't use my own lock and the necessary insurance charges made my first month cost more than I had anticipated. Though the $1 for the first month was advertised, the other requirements, such as needing to purchase the specific lock, was a big disappointing surprise. Service is nearly everything.
