today, thurs feb, 12th 2026 i needed to make changes to my acct with public storage ( P S ) initially, when i had called with this dilemma i wasn't even sure to call, but this issue had to be done in person, ... so since i had time, i went to the location 150 w. 81st st. bloomington mn & where the mgr gweneth, completely assisted me, helped me making the necessary adjustments & corrections, & again she was "still "polite, not rushing me, not preoccupied, just professionalism to me at it's best, i'm not getting anything for this, i acknowledge & appreciate really good customer service, it's becoming a rarity in this day & age, & culture, so as for the location i had my experience at i would absolutely recommend anyone who needs storage space, & a clean, & friendly, environment credible it's definite plus ➕ good job public storage employees like gweneth, at you 150 w.81st st. bloomington mn location, ... 👍👍👍 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review from me nun, i appreciate good, & helpful customer server so whenever i can i give credit, in the form of a compliment or good review when possible as to so show my gratitude thanks, sincerely, n bizsnis gwen

The manager at this location is very polite and professional, I came to grab my key from the front desk because I’ve been having trouble with my lock and she directed an employee named forest to help me. They were so friendly and beyond helpful especially forest. Forrest was so kind and helpful when it came to showing me how to use the lock, it took a couple tries but they were beyond patient with me this was the first time I’ve experienced employees at an establishment who don’t act like helping people is an inconvenience to them. Just so very down to earth and respectful. And it’s only the second time I visited. The employees go above and beyond to address the needs of their customers. I remember last time I was there I couldn’t find any carts because people were locking them into their units and this time when I came the employees were assembling new ones. They listen to the needs of their customers. Would highly recommend this location.

I just got my first storage unit this week, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to switch my unit around to better fit my needs. Gwenith, Forest & Cari-Ann were super helpful with all my questions and needs! Also really friendly! (sorry if I spelt the names wrong I didn’t catch spelling).
