I'm generally concerned by the rate increase practices followed by Public Storage, so buyer beware. The prices they list are very introductory and will double on you with just a simple email warning. Rates here are not what they seem at the surface. Without catching it and calling to do something about it, I do worry that the rates would have continued to go up 50% every few months until I noticed. The facility is safe and well maintained, so no issues with the parking itself. How they treat customers with their pricing model is concerning.

They were great! We were able get our space reserved and then accessed in less than 45 minutes (that includes drive time).

I strongly advise against renting from this facility due to unethical billing practices and poor management. The site manager applied unauthorized overcharges, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company refused to issue a refund. The property is poorly maintained and does not reflect the premium pricing. Save yourself the legal headache and choose a more reputable company.

Ok finally making my review lol (insider) 😜🤣 but yep never used a storage unit before & the team made it nice and easy to learn how! Thanks for being there in my time of need moving wasn't easy they even were cool about me having to unexpectedly my pod dropped on the premises to unload the rest of my life thank u P.S IT ALL WORKED OUT! #TEAMPS
