Move-in process was easy and the staff was very helpful.

The location is great and the promotional rates were the best around. Hopeful, that the monthly rates will continue to be the best around when promotional rates no longer apply. The staff was wonderful, and as it is a brand new facility it is immaculate. Grateful to have it close by!

Angie is great. She showed us a really nice clean unit to rent. She is very knowledgeable with the rental property and we were in and out quickly. This has been a great experience.

Reading these reviews, I have to totally agree that Angie is the kindest person ! I dont have to go in to the Savage location to make a payment , but I do to say hello and chat for a bit. She will take good care of your belongings also. She's very trustworthy and I highly recommend this location.

Angie has been great from day one. She walked me to my unit and showed me how to use the lock and door. Everytime I come in, the first thing I notice is that it's clean. The floors, doors, and walls are very well taken care of.

Outstanding, Angie was very thorough and concise. UPDATE - per rental agreement, Public Storage can increase your rate at any time. I just got hit with a 41% increase effective March Fortunately, Angie was very helpful and understanding and was able to extend my current rate through May.
