This place is HUGE!! First- I had to call them to change my location because I reserved a unit at the wrong one. Totally my fault. The lady (Denise..?) was amazing! She was so friendly and super personable- it felt like I was talking to a friend I'd had for years! Since I finished my reservation on the phone, she was able to give us a free padlock- SCORE! AND the month of October was free! DOUBLE SCORE!! When we finally showed up, Rick greeted us at the gate (as we struggled with our passcode, again MY fault😅) and we drove on to cruise thru the property looking for our Unit. I think Rick knew by the size of our UHaul that we had rented a unit that we would not have found if not for his keen eye and assistance! He lead us to the lower entrance of the StorageMart right next to Ward Park, HOORAY!! We made it! We are relocating from a different state and this whole process was so easy, affordable, and really really friendly! Seriously- don't go anywhere else!! PS- the barbed wire above and below on the fences makes it obvious that safety is a priority here, that we aren't just a Unit rent check. It gives the impression that they are as concerned about protecting our belongings as we are! Thank you StorageMart!

I had a very good experience. This is exactly what I wanted for a very good price and with all that rain we had I was really afraid that there might be some leaks or something but everything was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants to Rent a storage unit.

Rick at this Storage Mart so helpful! We needed to get our travel trailer out for a trip south, however, it was packed in with snow everywhere. Rick shoveled a perfect path that enabled us to remove it as we needed! Thanks Rick & thanks Storage Mart!

The lady Krista on the phone was phenomenal! She was such a great help! The whole process was easy and chill. I ended up reserving the wrong location and when I called back to correct my mistake she handled it with ease and was happy to help me. Had me situated and cleared to move in in no time!!!!
