Public Storage - Florissant - 1795 N US Highway 67

I came to this property looking for pricing , I will be moving next month and Leon did an amazing job on assisting me. He helped me find the size I would need and also the moving equipment I would need. I will definitely be storing at this location during my move. Excellent customer service !!!!!!!

I went in to check out a unit and I was helped by the manager Natalie she was so kind and took her time to go over everything with me! I would totally recommend this place to anyone. It was very clean and she was very professional!

Amazing is the only word that comes to mind when I think of this location. I walked in and was greeted by the most friendly and caring person I have ever met, Natalie. It is hard to find good customer service but you can genuinely tell that she cares about her customers and would go above and beyond for them. I felt comfortable and safe knowing I was trusting this company with my belongings all because of her. She clearly explained everything and answered every single question I had with a smile and an eagerness to help. She was extremely friendly to my son Xavier too he was being somewhat of a handful when we went and Natalie was able to talk to him and joke with him and she had him smiling in seconds. I have to say she sold me on this company and I recommend anyone who needs to store something chooses this company and this location to do so.
