My experience was AWESOME!! By accident I booked two storage spaces. Cheri (I believe is her name) was very helpful. She met me at my storage unit, deleted my accident account. Storage unit is very spacious and clean!! I love the security it has Thank you!

My minor inconvenience wasn’t worth leaving less than a 5-star review. The rental process is easy. I never spoke to a live person. Did everything online and it was easy with the step by step instructions. On move-in day I received my access code. Upon entering the facility, I found my unit, cut the red tags and opened the door to find my lock and keys for the unit. My minor inconvenience was the door access wasn’t working with my phone. There appears to be something wrong with the door itself. Everyone coming through was having problems with this, that day. There was a gentleman that came through and said he can’t help with the phone issue but he could prop the door open with a magnet while we move in. This did make it more convenient and we only had to man the main door to keep re-entering the code. The units and hallways were very clean and well-lit with energy saving lights, meaning the lights came on as you walked through and it sensed motion. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice to rent from here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. When I first rented here, my small unit (barely the size of a walk-in closet) was $68. Then it went up to $82, and now it’s $105 for the exact same space. My mom rents a MUCH larger unit someplace else, same quality storage, and pays under $70 a month. On top of the ridiculous price hikes, I’ve seen mice in the facility — so not only are you overpaying, you’re also storing your stuff in a place that isn’t clean or pest-free. They lure you in with a low rate, then keep jacking it up with no real justification. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
