Best facility in my 55 years of existence. As we were moving to Herman and our closing dates changed we found ourselves in need of immediate storage. After driving around a day we came up empty handed and none of the others returned calls. Top Guns #2nd to none. It took about three minutes online to confirm.

Unit leaked. Had water all over. Mold everywhere. They offered no help!

We value each of our customers and never like to see an unfortunate situation. We take every review seriously. The unit in question has been removed and is being assessed for leaks. We have communicated with our customer our readiness to fill out the insurance paperwork as soon as they are ready to file. This is an example of the facilityﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s requirement to have every unitﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s items insured with renters and homeownerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance in the unlikely event of a loss. We hope to help with the insurance claim as soon as the paperwork is ready. TGSS ensures each unit has proof of insurance prior to rental and we allow the tenant to use their own insurance as a way to keep their rental costs low. We are very sad to have an unhappy customer and will standby ready to assist as needed.
