I had an exceptional experience at this storage facility. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, well lit, and felt very secure. The units are spacious, climate controlled, and easy to access, which immediately put me at ease when storing my belongings. The employees (Mataya & Randy) who helped me were absolutely amazing. Not only did they greet me warmly, but they took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes, explain the security features, and share helpful tips on how to best organize and store my items. Their knowledge and patience made the entire process smooth and stress free. When I struggled to open my lock, they didn’t hesitate to come over and help. They were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care that I had a good experience. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and security of this facility exceeded my expectations. I love renting a unit here. It's paved, clean, convenient location. My favorite part is that the owner/manager lives on site. So unlike most self storage places where you are dealing with a call center several states away, I am dealing with a person face on site and familiar with the property.

The process to get the forms ready, explain the terms and conditions was straight forward , easy, and Bobbi was exceptionally clear. I forgot to bring a lock but Bobbi had several affordable options available. Even though there was no paper map to find my unit I was able to help Bobbi get her steps in. Overall a very positive experience.

The attic storage was by far the easiest and cheapest! In and out in 15 minutes! The young Lady was very polite and willing to answer any questions I had! Will never go anywhere else!
