Hello Mr. Clark.... I'm so sorry we did not meet your expectations during your stay. I see you spoke with our call center on 3/13 and then I spoke with you the same day to rent the unit. I again spoke with you when you called stating you were vacating the unit.... then also responded to your email thanking you for your business. Again, I am so sorry you were not happy with your stay. Worst experience ever!
We rented 1 large unit for about 1 1/2 years, always paid in months in advance, constantly battled late charges. During this time we also rented another storage unit for a vehicle. This unit was broken into and we were never notified. Near impossible to speak to someone, although they show hours of operation, good luck at finding anybody there when you need them. When it came time to evacuate the unit, proper notice was given per the contract, I cleaned the storage unit Evan sweeping the walls, we were told we would not recieve a refund of the advanced payments that were made. When asked why? The answer was because we don't have to.
