Public Storage - St Charles - 1539 S Old Highway 94

I had a very delightful experience at this location. The customer service rep was able to help me with all the questions I had. I was able to get what I needed and I will be back again.

I am so proud to say this is my new home for for all of my storage needs! Just the other day me and the rest of the Peppermint clan were out scowering St. Louis for a place to store all of our extra items from our recent move and we stumbled upon this wonderful place. Marie the property manager was extremely nice and helpful during the entire process. She greeted all us Peppermints and continued to be helpful through the entire process. When our time there was done we knew we found the best place and we could not wait to come back and see our new friend Marie. I have now been at this location for 3 months and I have to say there is no looking back. Every time I come in I'm again greeted by my good friend Marie and she still continues to be there for me and help me with any questions I may have. To this day picking public storage was the single greatest decision of my life!

Stacy was wonderful when I stopped by the office. She was able to answer all my questions. Great company and great customer service.
