Public Storage - Las Vegas - 4685 E Tropicana Ave

This was by far the easiest rental, move-in experience I've ever had. I reserved my space online in the morning; paid for it and moved in 30 minutes later. Incredibly Affordable!!! Codeless entry (Bluetooth is brilliant); unit/lock ready. I honestly don't know what could have made it better, but it got better. I was immediately contacted, by phone (YES, an actual phone call, from an actual person) and asked if I had any questions or needed anything to help make this experience better. The representative was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better; friendly, courteous and he immediately refunded my money for the lock, when I mentioned I had my own lock. Beautiful! I came in because I was able to get twice the amount of room for the same price as half that size at the competitors.

I first gave a rating of 5 stars, but decided a 4-star rating is appropriate. The customer service/manager/office assistant was great, but after we looked at the "climate controlled" it was anything but that and we're in 100 degree weather. He did say it was going to be repaired so we'll see!
