I just rented a 5X10 space and Blaine was my initial contact. He made the process easy and quick; answered all my questions and ensured that I got the deal I saw online. He also helped me determine what I needed from my insurance company to avoid the monthly security fee. Granted, I haven't had this rental very long, so I'll revisit this in a few months, but for now - awesome staff and facility!!!

I've been very happy with the Shield Storage Lockwood location. Excellent customer service. The Area Manager, Emily Casey, is incredibly helpful! We have communicated over email. She goes above and beyond to make sure Shield Storage of Lockwood customers are informed about the status of their account and is always happy to help.

I have had my unit at Shield Storage, the Menezes location in Reno/Sparks area of Nevada, since 2021, I believe. The staff there have always been polite and professional. Although there have been several cost increases for my unit, I have chosen to remain a customer at this location. I would recommend Shield Storage to other prospective customers if the occasion arose. Thank You, Lynn Savage

The online process is relatively simple. The follow-up emails are not always clear. For example, I received a gate code, but a gate does not exist at the storage facility I use. The online portal is not the greatest. I followed the password instructions, but it would not go through. Also, I entered all of my payment information when I initially rented the unit; however, I had to re-enter the information when I received my invoice. Five stars for the staff and ease of signing up; one star for the poor online system. Edit: I changed my original review from three stars to one star. I never received the $10 credit for my original review. Secondly, I am constantly receiving emails for the dumbest stuff. I received an email about the style of lock I have had for the three months I have rented with them, thus far. Apparently, it is not the style they prefer and since the security of my items are of the utmost importance, it took them this long to say anything. Finally, good luck getting ahold of anyone if you have questions or concerns. There are plenty of other storage facilities in Fallon. I would explore them before going here.

The service was the best I've received when renting a storage unit. The female at the desk was cheerful knowledgeable and very helpful. She made me feel good about going there there was no hidden fees or surprises she was very helpful I will always rent from them I know my belongings are protected protected 👌🥰🥰
