The price has increased every few months for several years, and now it's more than twice the cost as when I started renting a unit. When I asked customer service for a discount to better match their MUCH cheaper competition, I was given an insulting $20 off for several months. Their website claims "competitive pricing". When I wrote a negative review here, management called me and offered $100 off to try and make my review positive. I wish I could have had a refund of $100 for every month I've been ripped off by this place, but they showed that they only care about reputation. As a disabled person it has been difficult to dig through all of my dead family members' belongings to try and close this unit. Places like this thrive when you don't have the ability to get away. I'll hobble my way over with a friend's truck and dump what's left by the end of this month.
