I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t usually write reviews. But I had to give props where they are due. The employees who work at this facility are phenomenal!! Fast courteous go above and beyond to help you in any way they can.

I had a pleasant sign up. The manager was quick and there were no issues. The rental truck was free. What more could you ask for

I usually dont write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond the way Yulia did i really have to tell the world. I had the best, most pleasurable, so extremely,helpful hassle free customer service i have had in a very long time!!!! I wish more people working in the customer service industry were like Yulia. Moving is so stressful but she made things so much easier. You have an employee that is absolutely priceless. I will be recommending your establishment to everyone i know as well as on social media to let them know what an amazing staff you have at your Berlin location. Thank you so much for them and I am glad I chose mini u storage everything about the place location, safety and security, staff and prices are so great!!! Look now further this place is 5 stars!!!!!!
