As far as the company I hate that it's only an outdoor storage but overall I would go there just to receive her services. Emily has been helpful since I've been there for 2+ years. Emily was great to work with. She showed me several units on a cold, icy day and took the time to clearly explain pricing, how increases work, and what to do if rates ever get too high. She was knowledgeable, transparent, and never rushed the process. It was also reassuring to know management is onsite 24/7. Highly recommend.

Helpful and friendly staff. They completely understood that the service they provided for me was a necessity when I had an urgent life change. They guided me through the process so that I was not inconvenienced any further. They gave me advice to save me money and worked with me so that when I needed to vacate I didn't need to be charged any more than the monthly service I was expecting. No surprises and no one trying to nickel and dime me.
