My experience haven’t been pleasant or good. I asked if the storage fee would change and I was told r wouldn’t, I do not recall reading it. I haven’t been with the company for 6 months and my fee went up over $40. It’s hard to contact a representative or the people in the store. I was charged some sort of fee after I was already a customer, I had two locks and they told me I had to get another from them and then I could return theirs within 30 days which was mind bothering bme cause again I had my own 2. When I called I received information and when I went in person there were different people and different information again. The new storage I moved to was so gross I had to ask if it was a joke. I understand it’s just a storage unit but why would someone want to store their belongings in that mess and pay for it? I was given the worst customer service from the computer check in person that was my last straw. When the weather is better I hope to remove my belongings. I have other things that were so wrong and I would not recommend. Also if I could give a 0 I would not a 1.

Super easy to set up, convenient with their self check In for new customers. Amanda was super helpful throughout the whole process. Checked in before I was able to get there, and checked in afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. 10/10!

Steven was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate him being in the office to help us out since Im not online savvy. I would recommend Cubesmart. I also cam say they close at 10 so there is no over over night walking the property. Great security feature.

I chose CubeSmart because it seemed reasonably priced. And it is 😁! To a point. But they hit you with "non negotiables" that tack on money here and there. Suddenly your $70 storage unit is... well over $70 per month. Getting a manager or a supervisor to answer a phone call 📞 is not an option. Leaving a message and waiting for a returned phone call? They won't call back. Sent an e-mail 📨? They won't respond. They WILL RESPOND TO YOU if they want to collect your money 😇. There was one woman on the phone who was polite 👍. Which is surprising given the poorly ran, uncaring, unresponsive "company" that can't operate as efficiently as a six year old with a lemonade stand. 🍋 The next two employees were downright rude, cutting me off, speaking over me, not answering my questions, talking down to me... and could not help. When the manager FINALLY CALLED, he did NOT address the issues I left a voicemail about. He only cared about his side of his agenda: getting the unit so they can continue harassing more people with bills but no customer service, no communication, and no decency. After I reached out to the manager three times, he called from a "private number" that wouldn't even let me see the phone number. Even though every other number was normal. I guess the manager gets a special private, hidden phone number. Maybe they can afford hidden numbers with all the trivial items they tack onto your bill.

Everything was great with the exception of not having a light in the unit a 10 x 10 unit should have a light that comes on when you open the door and it turns off when you close the door
