I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been more pleased with the service I received from Regina. She provided me with everything I needed to complete my move in. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with any of my concerns.

It was easy to reserve spot & accessible to my home. It would have been a better experience if someone had mentioned in advance that a security lock was needed since this was my first time using a storage unit. Customer service people were very friendly & efficient, but I waited almost 1 hour until someone returned to the office. I had been told the lunch hour time, so I arranged my schedule not to arrive during lunch time.

I had great communication with the staff concerning my reservation and when I got there the people working were extremely nice and helpful. It is very clean and secure.
