Prime Storage - Bronx - University Ave

I rented at a decent price and they forced me out by issuing an immediate rent increase that was more than double my monthly rent after I moved my stuff in. I made endless attempts with Customer Service for a fair resolution, but they got irritated and became very blunt, very quickly. I was told my contract allowed them to raise my rent EVERY month if they saw fit. Very disrespectful and not conducive to a lasting, successful business. Unhappy and very put out by having to find another place for my stuff.

Internet was down and I almost was turned away. You need a better system. After I paid the information on the phone I was able to move in. The workers there are pleasant but the facility needs work.
