Ms. Jazz was professional, cordial, and extremely attentive, as it related to answering any questions that we had. Her patience was genuine and she treated us as valued customers. Ms. Jazz demonstrated profound attention to detail, which made us supremely comfortable with our choice of Public Storage for our needs. Her working relationship with other members of the Public Storage rental facility was evident, as all of the interactions reinforced an atmosphere of superior customer service.
