Ms. Claiborne is professional, polite, courteous, etc. Ms. Claiborne takes the time to listen to the customer and resolve any issue there may be. The qualities Ms. Claiborne exhibits is the epitome of professionalism and should be recognized by corporate leaders as a huge asset to the entity.
