Price quoted online was half of the price it actually cost
Customer service rep Dre was very helpful took the time to walk me through the facility and explain everything. Unfortunately the price I was quoted online for the same unit was double when I got there and I wasn't told about the mandatory insurance fee that is monthly.

I JUST WISH
Every storage company hired employees like at Life Storage. When I'm spending my hard earned money I WANT EMPLOYEES that are Professional, Polite, Informative and those who go above and beyond. I'am a real customer that NEVER EVER leaves reviews but I was so impressed with first ALBERT, who answered my 100 questions "Sorry Alert 🤗" but I Love Love Love my stuff. And he also patiently went over the Entering and storing process. Then the very next day DANEIL was SO EXTREMLY helpful with my misplaced key situation. For a young person he was my hero for the day 🤗🤗 🤗. THANK YOU SO MUCH DANIEL.... You did all you could do....I appreciate that so much.
