I’m seeing so many positive Reviews for Joe (unsurprisingly), and it’s funny because I’m literally here also to post a good review because of Joe. What a wonderful individual! Public storage has been my number one “go to” storage facility amongst the many in the tri state area and honestly it’s because of one individual at Monsey Public Storage, Joe. He makes the storage unit renting experience a breeze and he is extremely kind and has a lot of knowledge in everything involving public storage. What differs with the other storage brands facilities and Public storage in Monsey is the effort and pleasant approach of the employees. At the other facilities it seems like the workers there don’t care or they put no effort into maintaining the area and show zero effort when it comes to communication with the customers. But here at Monsey Public storage, it’s always clean and the units are all in great shape. And I dont know if it’s my luck that I always run into Joe whenever I come to my storage unit, but every time I do, he is always enthusiastic to resolve my concerns or questions when ever I bring them up with him. I’m noticing many other people in the reviews have said the same exact or similar things and It’s not by coincidence. Joe really is profesional and easy going when resolving any issues I may have. Most businesses don’t even show half of the effort and that is why I am a Public storage customer and plan to be for a long time. Public storage has my business 💯! Great work great service and great people working here! 👍

I’m Giving a quick Shout out for the best employee public storage ever had - Joe - !!! Whenever I come to the public storage, I’m always greeted kindly by Joe. He always waves and smiles and recognizes me even though I don’t ever come here a lot. It just shows by the kindness and effort. Also whenever I have a situation that I need help with, Joe always helps me with a smile. I’m not gonna lie, it really is a good vibe and it’s always about the relation with the employees. And I just say, Joe does everything like clockwork as I always see him busy but whenever he can, he goes out of his way and he understands the frustrations we customers face with this whole online stuff and dealing with online payments emails and what not. Joe always explains everything thoroughly and I must say, I learned to manage my account better thanks to Joe. Before I really was clueless how this whole public storage and monthly bills work. Again…. He is a human and he understands people. It’s not just a job that you can tell some people do just because they have to. He’s caring and very professional and understanding. I’m very happy to write this review so that public storage can recognize how lucky they are to have such a wonderful individual representing their branch in Monsey. Keep up the good work! ❤️

Thank you Joe ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I have been a customer renting several units at public storage in Monsey NY since the year 2012 and I’ve seen many employees and managers throughout the decade. But I never left any reviews for this facility then and I am finally starting to now! The reason why I must share my experience at Monsey public storage is because of how well maintained and well secure this public storage in Monsey has become. It is extremely clean including the rest rooms. The staff working there is very polite and very professional. I always feel like I can count on Joe whenever he is working. The quality that I experience renting here is night and day compared to other companies and the reason why is because of Joe. His honest approach and kindness makes me feel very welcome and comfortable and I know that this site is properly managed and taken care of. The confidence and knowing that the site is safe and always tidy makes it a pleasure to come and drop off or pick up my belongings from my storage units. Keep up the good work and I hope all public storage facilities hire great employees like Joe.
