Safeguard Self Storage - Nanuet, NY

Payment was sent on time by the bank and check was never received by Safeguard. Proof of payment was provided that the check was sent and also on time but they refused to waive the late fee even though there was proof payment was sent on time. Their response was that they waived the late fee 1 time before and that was because I provided payment was made on time. Customer should not be penalized with late fees when proof is provided by the bank that payment was sent especially now that many people are complaining about not receiving their mail on time or at all. Not very accommodating to the customer at all, especially when they've been with them for a few years and always pays on time.

The Big guy was really helpful (sorry forgot his name) but just like Christine , they were both accomodating and helpful.she explained every detail clearly
