Taylor was amazing. She helped me from the beginning. Ryan helped me with any issues that occurred. I was only here for 2 months but It was a great place with great service.

Your facility is clean and Ryan is very good at his job. You do not get a 5 star rating because the placement of your 2 gate code devices to get into the parking area is horrendous. You are forced to leave your car, entering and exiting, to enter your code (in rain,snow, etc) because you have placed the devices about a foot and a half too far out of reach. Not very user friendly. I have mentioned this to Ryan and he has confirmed that I am not the only one to complain of this. So maybe you could do something about this!!!
