I had a fantastic experience at this storage facility thanks to the outstanding customer service from the male associate who helped me. He was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of, but he absolutely did. The facility is clean, secure, and well-run, and his professionalism made it even better. Highly recommend!

I talked to one of your I guess region customer service representatives he was fantastic. He explained everything. How the unit works and how billing is charged and the hours. Your storage unit company is further than where I'm moving to but as I talk to him he made me feel that he knew what he was doing. Then when I called the local manager and I'm sorry I can't remember his name he was also amazing and so a joy he answered my questions with grace and kindness. He was very professional but also just very nice. I think my experience will be a good one as I'm moving to New York from Denver. You should be extremely proud of your staff. Earlier this week I met with Nicholas and Stephen at the CubeSmart on Route 202. They were pleasant and informative. I made a reservation for a storage uit. Several days later, I returned to sign in. They explained . . . and Nicholas demonstrated . . . the entrance set-up. He also showed me my unit. I am really glad I chose this facility.

Steve at the front desk of the Yorktown Heights location was personable and helpful. He showed me several different units. I ultimately decided I could squeeze the needed space out of a closet at home but would consider Cube smart in the future. Also Louis from the main office patiently and thoroughly answered my initial questions. A good experience overall.
