Prime Storage - Asheville

Cody assisted me with removing a false charge that showed up with a collection on my credit report. When it showed up on my credit report I called the Asheville Prime Storage and Cody assited me bysending to the credit report agencies and the collection agency documentation that sowed I had a zero ballance. I do not believe this would have happened at all let alone with in two weeks if he had not dillegently stayed on it to make sure this the incorrect charge document was sent to the collection agaencies and collection agency.

The facility was clean and Luke who helped me get checked in was friendly and knowledgeable.

Kind, helpful staff, facility well maintained, well-lit, never had any problems. Phillip was helpful, working with me to find a good fit given my situation.
