I’ve been happy with the place - especially fared well during Helene. It has a huge retaining pond behind it. I have a climate controlled unit and it’s fairly dry and cool. I recently rented a second unit and also had some questions on my account. The manager helped me and took care of any issues right then and I felt good about the resolution. The price is competitive but I will note they have raised my rent twice in just under a year.

Sachiko was wonderful. She was extremely kind and helpful in navigating the process of obtaining a storage unit while preparing for a move, and she made the process smooth and efficient. Highly professional, and a kind soul. The office and space was well kept and extremely clean. Would highly recommend this facility.

Best self storage experience I’ve had in Asheville. I decided to switch from the old facility I was using because prime was closer to my apartment, and it was the best decision I’ve made. Much cleaner, and very hands on if you have any issues.

I love the climate controlled storage. It really works. The best thing about this business is the property manager Cody. He's very responsive to requests for information + assistance. He keeps the hallways clean. He's very helpful + kind to customers. I have two units.

Absolute best storage experience I have ever had! I frequent many storage facilities in my line of work and I just have to say I have never encountered a more professionally run facility. I was honestly impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility but more so with the customer service. I honestly felt like I was talking to people I have known for years it was shocking and refreshing to encounter such real people unexpectedly. Thank you for a real down to earth storage experience!
